Menta - Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Menta mobile application (“App”) operated by Mentaloop AI Kft. (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscriptions and Payment

Menta offers an auto-renewable subscription that gives you full access to the app’s features, including panic support, the Daily Path program, Pick a Moment section and personalized progress tracking.

Subscription Details:

Plan Name: 87% SALE One-Year Subscription
Length: 1 Year
Price: 8.99 USD
Trial Period: Free for the first month
Renewal: Auto-renewing annually unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. After the free trial, your subscription will begin automatically unless you cancel it in your device settings.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings.

2. Account Deletion and Billing

Deleting your Menta account does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you subscribed through Apple, your subscription will remain active until you cancel it manually in your Apple ID settings. No refunds are issued by Menta for unused time.

3. Use of the App

Menta is designed to support individuals experiencing panic attacks and related anxiety. The app is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. It is not intended as a replacement for professional care.

You may not use the App in a way that violates any applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Menta app, including text, visuals, and interactive features, is the property of Mentaloop AI Kft. and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
